Uniforms
All students are required to wear our school colours of red and blue. There are many combinations possible but we recommend a blue windcheater and matching track pants for winter and a red or blue polo top with blue shorts for summer. Our Fundraising team helped us to purchase a set of red and blue sports tops with our logo on them for our students to wear when they represent us at various endeavours.
The Junior School Council (JSC) chose the design and did such a good job a number of our families like the tops and purchased them too. The tops cost $32 each. We will order more if there are sufficient requests for this, so keep an eye on the newsletter if you wish to take advantage of this opportunity.
The red and white or blue and white checked school dresses that can be purchased from places like Target and Big W are also acceptable. All clothing should be clearly labelled with the owner’s name. The children should be dressed appropriately for the weather conditions. Thongs, dresses with thin shoulder straps, singlets and tank tops should not be worn at school.
As we are a Sun Smart school, children must wear broad brimmed hats when they are outside during term 1 and 4, if they do not have a suitable hat they must remain in a shaded area. Students are to wear school uniform at all times, except on designated ‘out of uniform days’ which are staged once a term by our Junior School Council to raise money for worthy causes.
